Performing any action apart from moving whilst invisible will break the spell. If no target is set, the spell will become self-targeted and make the caster invisible.

A sticky bomb is cast at the target, which explodes after a 3-second timer runs out. This is an area of effect (AoE) spell, and the bomb does 25 fire damage to all enemies in a 1-meter radius.

 

Any target caught in the blast also receives 2 fire damage per second, over 3 seconds. The Fire Mastery skill increases this timer to 5 seconds. The effect is applied as a debuff, and if the Wizard dies while the effect is active, it is removed right away.

Chain Lightning is the most devastating spell that a Wizard in Dark and Darker has access to. The initial target of this spell receives 35 lightning damage, and the bolt then jumps to the next enemy within 8 meters, doing damage. This happens a total of 3 times, for 4 attacks in total. However, the damage inflicted was reduced by 5 on each jump.

 

Be warned though, if there is no viable target close by, the lightning bolt jumps to the caster instead and does damage to them. This is a great spell for crowd control as well, as each target hit is given a -20% movement speed debuff for one second.
